I hired Jason Lord to help with a major rehab of a 110-year old, 3500 sq. ft. Victorian in Oakland.  He was a major force in the rough carpentry and finish carpentry processes including framing and repairing walls, floors, ceilings, windows and doors.  I would hire him again.
